Audio and subtitles

Select a track

Start the episode and wait for tracks to load. Open audio and subtitle selection. Choose the audio language and a specific subtitle track instead of Off. Check a scene with dialogue: signs-only tracks may not contain full dialogue.

No subtitles appear

Try another available track, then return to the one you want. Refresh once and compare another episode. Note whether the track fails to become selected or becomes selected without displaying text.

Timing and appearance

Report clipped text, missing styles, unexpected backgrounds or delays with the exact playback time. Include the track name, app or browser version and device model. Do not disable device security or install unknown files.

Missing language

Availability varies by episode. A preference cannot create an absent track. Contact support with the episode URL and language you expected.
