Getting started with Berry

Your account

Sign in through the official Berry site. Use the same account in the Help Center and verify your email before submitting requests or managing membership.

Choose an episode

Open an anime page, check the season and choose an available episode. Editions and specials can use different numbering. Audio and subtitle availability can vary by episode.

Get help

Search first, then submit a private request if needed. Include the anime, season, episode, device and exact error. Never send passwords, authentication codes, cookies or tokens.

Follow up

Open My requests with the same account. Reply to the existing ticket to keep the history together. A public profile does not make your requests public.
